Each wine is unique, elegant, impressive and complex because we make wine that we want to enjoy with friends.

The Notes Family of Wines

Music has the ability to stir us up or to calm us down. It can be playful and lively or soft and soothing. It can affect our mood and bring us joy as can these wines. The distinct varieties that are used are carefully blended to complement each other while creating a harmonious whole.

Gentilini
Notes White

Notes White is a complex and elegant dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc with delightful aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. It is medium-bodied and smooth with perfectly balanced, crisp acidity.

Gentilini Rosé

Notes Rosé is made from Moschofilero, a special variety that gives aromatic, muscat-flavoured grapes. This is a perfectly balanced, dry wine with a bright colour and lively acidity. It has fresh muscat aromas of jasmine, rose petals and spice.

Gentilini
Notes Red

An original blend of Agiorgitiko grapes from the PDO zone of Nemea and the local Mavrodaphne to give additional flair. The wine is matured in French oak for 12 months. A fruity, complex wine with sour-cherry and spicy flavours, hints of vanilla and mocha, velvety tannins and long aftertaste.

Expressions of Robola

When cultivated on Kefalonia, Robola is considered one of the finest white wine grape varieties of Greece, thriving on the steep slopes of Mount Ainos at high altitudes where it can bask in the sun while maintaining its crisp acidity and terroir driven minerality. Over the last few years we have been experimenting with this variety, exploring its latent potential while preserving the purity of its exceptional character.

Gentilini Rhombus
Assyrtiko – Robola

A fruitier, rounder expression of Robola of Kefalonia blended with the elegant Assyrtiko variety. Aromas of peaches and citrus fruit. Bright and refreshing with underlying herbal and mineral notes and a crisp, spicy finish.

Gentilini
Robola

Made entirely from Robola of Kefalonia. A fresh, vivacious, crisp white wine, which expresses all the mineral and citrus characteristics of this unique variety. Complex, balanced and dry, with an orange blossom nose and long finish.

Gentilini
Robola Wild Paths

Made from Robola grown in the oldest vineyard at 850m altitude. 50% of the must is inoculated with native Robola yeast while 20% of the total is fermented in French and American oak barrels to give additional depth and complexity. Citrus aromas and hints of white peaches, citron and vanilla, driven by flinty minerality.

Iri’s
Vineyard

Situated on a hilltop overlooking the azure Ionian Sea, the young vines of Iri’s Vineyard signal the continuation of Gentilini into the next generation. The grapes are hand-picked and gently crushed in a traditional basket press. The wine is fruity, dry and unoaked, with aromas of sour cherry and wild mint, expressing the pure varietal qualities of the Mavrodaphne of Kefalonia variety.

Gentilini
