€11,50Notes Rosé is made from Moschofilero, a special variety that gives aromatic, muscat-flavoured grapes. A small amount of Mavrodaphne is blended in to give added complexity and colour. This is a perfectly balanced, dry wine with a bright colour and lively acidity. It has fresh muscat aromas of jasmine, rose petals and spice.

€13,00An original blend of Agiorgitiko grapes from the PDO zone of Nemea and the local Mavrodaphne to give additional flair. The wine is matured in French oak for four months. A fruity, complex wine with sour-cherry and spicy flavours, hints of vanilla and mocha, velvety tannins and long aftertaste.

€25,00Made from Robola grown in the oldest vineyard at 850m altitude. 50% of the must is inoculated with native Robola yeast while 20% of the total is fermented in French and American oak barrels to give additional depth and complexity. Citrus aromas and hints of white peaches, citron and vanilla, driven by flinty minerality.

€18,00The grapes are from a low-yielding single vineyard. The wine matures for 12 months in American oak barrels to give a powerful wine with full varietal expression. This is a dark, inky wine, with generous, layered aromas of red fruit and black pepper. In the mouth it is rich, complex and long with soft, round tannins.
