Complex and perfectly
balanced, Aspro has delightful
aromas of honey, melon and
orange blossoms. It has good
body and a refreshingly crisp,
long, dry finish. Pair with white
meats, pasta and fish.
Made from organically grown, estate Moschofilero - a special Greek variety that gives aromatic, muscat-flavoured grapes. The delicate colour is carefully extracted from the skins over three days at low temperatures. Just 6,000 bottles are produced annually.

An original blend of Aghiorghitiko
grapes from the PDO zone of Nemea and organically grown estate Syrah, with a touch of the local Mavrodaphne that gives an additional flair. The wine is matured in French oak. 8,000 bottles are produced annually.

Made entirely from Robola of
Kefalonia, an increasingly
rare, ungrafted, noble grape
variety. The grapes are sourced from
high-altitude, extremely lowyielding
vineyards within the PDO zone. Quantities are limited to 30,000 bottles each year.

wine, which expresses all the
mineral and citrus characteristics
of this unique variety.

The Eclipse is made from the
unique Mavrodaphne of Kefalonia
grape bought in from the
appellation zone. The wine
undergoes malolactic fermentation
before being carefully
matured for at least 12 months in
top quality French and American
barriques. The wine is matured
for a further 12 months in bottle
before release. Only 2,500
bottles are produced annually.
This is a dark, almost inky wine,
with generous, layered aromas of
red fruit, spiced with hints of
licorice and wild mint. In the
mouth it is rich, complex and
impressive, with soft, round
tannins and an endless aftertaste.

Syrah fruit is gently offset by
the sour cherry and wild mint of
the Mavrodaphne. Excellent

ROBOLA CELLAR SELECTION
Made from perfectly ripe Robola grapes grown in the oldest vineyard within the PDO zone and at the highest altitude. 20% of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels to give additional depth and complexity. With citrus aromas and hints of white peaches, citron and vanilla it is a sophisticated dry white wine which expresses all the characteristic fruit, minerality and terroir of this variety. Perfect with seafood, shellfish, sushi, raw bar, lemon sauces.
ECLIPSE LIMITED RELEASE
Each year we select the very
best grapes from a single vineyard
to produce this limited
edition wine. The wine is
allowed to mature for 18 months
in just two very special barrels.
Only 600 bottles are produced
This stunning wine is complex
and big, with huge aging potential.
It is rich and velvety with
hints of cassis and superb
integration of oak. Excellent with
steak, meaty casseroles, game,
and strong cheeses.
SYRAH LIMITED EDITION
100% Syrah from a specific
part of our Syrah vineyards.
The wine is matured in just
two new Ermitage barriques
for 18 months, followed by
at least 12 months in bottle.
Production is limited to
under 600 bottles annually.
This is a very special massive,
complex wine with a
dark, almost black, colour
and good tannins. The wine
has plenty of peppery Syrah
fruit and a lasting finish.
